D & B CREATIONS BUSINESS SUITE
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Effective Date: September 6, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of D & B Creations Business Suite (“Software”), provided by D & B Creations.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to this Agreement and any applicable purchase or subscription terms, D & B Creations grants the licensed user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for the user's business operations.
The Software is licensed, not sold. D & B Creations retains ownership of the Software and all associated intellectual property.
2. TRIAL USE
D & B Creations may provide a 30-day trial of the Software. Trial access is provided for evaluation purposes and may be subject to limitations established by D & B Creations.
Continued use after the trial period may require purchase and activation of a valid license.
3. LICENSE ACTIVATION
Paid licenses may be associated with a particular computer or device. Users may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, bypass, disable, or circumvent the Software's licensing or activation system.
Contact D & B Creations if a legitimate hardware replacement, computer replacement, or other licensing issue requires assistance.
4. PERMITTED USE
The Software may be used to manage legitimate business activities, including customers, quotes, invoices, work orders, production workflows, products, materials, inventory, reporting, and supported third-party integrations.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into or transmitted through the Software.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Software may integrate with third-party services, including QuickBooks Online and Shopify.
Use of third-party services is also governed by the terms, policies, availability, and requirements of those providers. D & B Creations does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their continuous availability or operation.
6. QUICKBOOKS ONLINE INTEGRATION
When a user chooses to connect QuickBooks Online, the Software may access and exchange accounting-related information necessary to provide enabled integration features, such as invoice and payment synchronization.
Users remain responsible for reviewing their accounting records and confirming the accuracy of information transferred between D & B Creations Business Suite and QuickBooks Online.
D & B Creations Business Suite is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice.
7. SHOPIFY INTEGRATION
When a user chooses to connect Shopify, the Software may access store and order information necessary to provide enabled integration features, including importing customer, order, item, and related production information.
Users remain responsible for reviewing imported information before relying on it for production, fulfillment, accounting, or other business purposes.
8. DATA AND BACKUPS
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their business data and for protecting access to their computers, accounts, credentials, and connected third-party services.
D & B Creations recommends maintaining regular backups of important business information.
9. SOFTWARE UPDATES
D & B Creations may provide updates, improvements, bug fixes, or feature changes. Features and third-party integrations may change when necessary because of software improvements, security requirements, provider API changes, or other technical requirements.
10. PROHIBITED USE
Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, rent, sell unauthorized copies of, or attempt to defeat security or licensing protections of the Software, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided “as is” and “as available.” D & B Creations does not warrant that the Software or any third-party integration will operate without interruption or error.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, D & B Creations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the Software, including loss of business information, profits, or productivity.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. TERMINATION
This license may terminate if the user materially violates this Agreement. Upon termination, the user must discontinue unauthorized use of the Software.
14. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
D & B Creations may update this Agreement as the Software, integrations, or legal requirements change. The current version will be made available on the D & B Creations website.

By installing, activating, or using D & B Creations Business Suite, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this End User License Agreement.
