QUICKBOOKS ONLINE CONNECTION
D & B Creations Business Suite is a Windows desktop business-management application with an optional QuickBooks Online integration.
QuickBooks Online connection and synchronization are controlled from within the Business Suite desktop application.
CONNECT QUICKBOOKS ONLINE
To connect Business Suite to QuickBooks Online:
- Open D & B Creations Business Suite.
- Open Settings.
- Select QuickBooks Online.
- Select the Production environment when using a live QuickBooks company.
- Click Connect QuickBooks.
- Complete the Intuit authorization process and select the QuickBooks company you want to connect.
- Return to Business Suite after authorization is complete.
RECONNECT QUICKBOOKS ONLINE
If the QuickBooks authorization expires or the connection needs to be restored, open Settings → QuickBooks Online in Business Suite and use the Connect QuickBooks option to authorize the connection again.
DISCONNECT QUICKBOOKS ONLINE
To disconnect QuickBooks Online:
- Open D & B Creations Business Suite.
- Open Settings → QuickBooks Online.
- Click Disconnect.
After disconnecting, Business Suite will no longer use that authorization to access the connected QuickBooks Online company unless the user reconnects it.
QUICKBOOKS DATA
When authorized by the user, Business Suite may exchange supported invoice, payment, customer, company, and related accounting information with QuickBooks Online to provide enabled synchronization features.
Users remain responsible for reviewing synchronized information and confirming the accuracy of their accounting records.
